"The guy Sam fixed my phone and suggested that I purchase a new screen protector and so I did but it’s a week later and I’m seeing that’s my screen is damaged due to NOT HAVING a screen protector. He claimed he put one on and that maybe my one year old took it off. Smh. I’m am very dissatisfied with this service. My original screen now has a hole in it. If the protector was put on, this wouldn’t have happened. I would NOT use this company again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this erroneous company."
