"This company sent an unprofessional driver to repossess my vehicle. I hired an attorney and sued the all three companies. Needless to say I am in possession of my vehicle and now the title. They were held responsible for all damages. I do not recommend. Shame on my finance company. Shame on this company."

They do not pay repo agents in a timely fashion so we are unable to use our preferred agents who they owe several months of unpaid invoices to. Do not recommend."

"I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. They are really shady. I applied two weeks ago then got a email that same day about a phone interview. I recently did phone interview with a recruiter this past week and ended up having a virtual interview with a hiring manager last Friday. They called me back that same day Friday telling me I got the job. The recruiter sent me the offer letter the same day. Then send me a link to fill out information for my background. I got a email this Wednesday telling me my background was clear and that I could start November 2nd. Then I get a phone call from the recruiter saying they have to take the offer letter back. She was really nonchalant and didn’t cen explain to me why they took the offer back. Even after I passed the background check and got a offer letter. They say they are urgently hiring and that they need people they are liars!! Do not even pay them no mind. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone"

"I sent proof of insurance to them at 1123 am right away on the day my car was repossessed, and they failed to get back to me the same afternoon after being told it "had to go across a managers desk" and it ended up costing me an extra day of storage fees after I was willing and able to pay for and pick up the car the same day it was taken. Since they dragged their heels processing the redemption of my vehicle, it not only cost me an extra days storage, but also a ton of money to have me driven to and picked up from work, and then had to wait till almost 2 pm the following day before I got a call from the yard that the redemption was processed. Initially They told me it could be 24-72 hours, which to me is complete utter BS."
