"Told me it would be 2 to 3 hours to replace my screen but 24 hours later my phone hadn't been touched by anyone and the reply was basically shut up and wait so I got my money back. Will not return to a best buy for anything"

"Scheduled an appointment a week out being told they can fix my device. I wait 14 minutes past my appointment in line for them to tell me they can fix it, but they will have to order the part which will take them 6-8 weeks to get in and will have to keep my phone that entire time while they wait for the part. Rather than try to fix the issue, they instead recommend I go to their competition where they said I will pay more, but won't have to wait as long. It's well worth the money to pay more to go someplace else."

"Called and made an appointment with a Geek squad member to get my Pc built. Explained everything that I was trying to get done to my pc and he schedules me for the next day anyways, no problem. I come in the day I’m scheduled and was told that they can’t build PC’s because they’re not reliant enough. Lol okay. Waste of time."

"The delivery was great, except they delivered they wrong washer. Long-store, short "Agent Harris" said he would bring me a new washer but would have to call me back to tell me when. After a week of not hearing ANYTHING, I started calling... I called DAILY both Agent Harris and his manager Scott Pearson and left messages to please call me back. They never called me back. After a week of leaving messages my patience is at an end. I now am on endless hold with Best Buy to try to talk to a human!!!! This is reminiscent of my call 2 weeks ago at the start of this. It took 2 HOURS of hold music to talk to a human."

"Terrible service manager no help. Had my computer 2 weeks without single update by phone or email. Manager claims they it documented they called lol. I would have hung up on My best customer to take that call that never happened. Took 3 calls to get a why and cost. Then wanted 687.00 for cracked screen for HP Envy. Across the street 300.00. And they could have had repaired and back in 5 days."
