"This has been my go-to body shop for years. During my most recent visit, I took my 2020 Subaru Outback to be repaired from a collision that damaged my driver’s side door. I also inquired about the cost to paint the drivers side back door, which had a line of door dings on it (unrelated to the accident, and I had planned to pay out of pocket for that portion of the repair). I appreciated how upfront the estimator, David, was, in telling me the paint might not be a perfect match. Ultimately I decided to get it done, and I picked my car up on January 31. The repair work and paint job was flawless, and I was asked to leave a 5-star review, which I did, but I have since come to reevaluate my original review. They had failed to install my cup guards (little plastic piece that protects the space underneath the door handle from fingernail scratches) and door edge guards on the drivers side. David told me he would have his mobile tech call me to set up a time to come to my house and install these. It took nearly two weeks to hear from him. It’s been nearly a month since I picked up my car and I just set up a time to finally have those missing items installed tomorrow (February 27). I’m less than pleased with the level of attention to detail I’ve experienced this time around. Surely the door edge guards and cup guards should have been on some sort of list that they checked off when repairing my vehicle?"

"Do not use this company for your repair unless you want to never know when your car will be finished. After keeping me in the dark for over 2 weeks I was told that they "never promise" a date when the repair would be completed. I wasn't even given an estimated time let alone a promised time. Regardless of the quality of the repair, the customer service should be a priority for a company like this and the service I received gets an F. Here's a picture of the damage that took over 2 weeks to repair. Reading other reviews about amazing customer service makes me wonder why they treated me so poorly. And people claiming their repair was done earlier than promised. Clearly showing that they DO promise completion dates. I was told the exact opposite. Wow."
