"After waiting a week I asked how long before the part would be in. Said they didn't know. I asked if they could call the parts dept to get and ETA. His attitude went downhill. He told me to come get my mower out of there. Good times - LOL!"

The company that makes the tiller says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. The mower shop would only give back 90% and showed a lot of attitude when I returned it. Very unprofessional"

"Bought a hydro service kit for my fastrak it was a good quality kit but was short 1 quart of hydro oil. If you sell it you should have the specs for it. So I had to pay for the extra quart $18.95. I could have bought the complete hydro gear kit from Amazon with the pump for what I paid for the kit, and the extra quart. No response still to help with this issue. I requested a return label but no one has responded in anyway. Thought I had found a good new place to get all my mowing stuff from. But I guess not."
