Soto Lawn Care 3001 Bluebird Drive, Springfield, TN 37172

"This contractor showed up to my house on 2/8 bid out a fence project and promised to start on 2/10 and finish on 2/11. The job was not finished on 2/11 and is still not finished as of today (2/18). They came back on 2/13 and finished about 90% of the fence and asked for the rest of the payment and promised to complete the project on 2/16. The contractor did not show up on 2/16 and on 2/17 came back slapped up a terrible job and disappeared. I messaged to ask where they went and they messaged that left because of an “emergency”, with no notice. They also stated that the job is not worth their time to finish even though they have been paid in full. The work done on my fence is very shoddy, poor quality work. I had to chase them the entire project to show up and do the work that they signed up to do. And they left ruts in my front and backyard from their truck and trailer. They promised to fix the ruts but they never fixed them. This company does terrible work, will disrespect your property, make you chase them to complete the work and then abandon the project once they have been paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOTO LANDSCAPING AND DECK."
