"I applied for a position there. I've tried numerous times to converse with the person who I interviewed with. I called and called left numerous messages and still have not received a return phone call. It's like I'm being ghosted."

Their process is quick and efficient, but with the supply chain being all 2020'd, repairs this go-round were excruciatingly slow-- what should've been a one week job turned slowly into five weeks. Obviously it's not their fault, but instead of leaving me on the back burner, they kept in constant contact, emailing me every couple days with a status update and new estimated finishing times. It's easy to recommend a place when they're operating in the best circumstances, but when trouble hit and their customer service mettle gets tested, this place absolutely delivered. The repairs are splendid and absolutely worth the wait. Oh! And of course they detailed the inside of the car without telling me OR charging me. Strong work, Selman."

"Selman Collision Center is no doubt an excellent body shop to repair my Tesla Model S. I was a little nervous and worried from the beginning of whether Selman could do the job right for a Tesla. The final product is proved Selman is more than capable to get the Tesla fixed right . When we initially looked for a trustworthy repair shop, Selman was recommended by Tesla Service Center. Due to supply chain issues, my car had to sit at the shop for quite sometime awaited replacement parts from Tesla. The quality of the repairs was excellent. Even though on the day when I picked up my car, it was very dusty inside and out. I could see dirt accumulated on the car mats. Communication through email and phone were lack from the beginning. But it was improved greatly towards to the final weeks of the repair. Overall I am satisfied for the repairs."

"People here are friendly. I had a small dent on my car and they fix it. but it took a while. two weeks to get the approval from my insurance and an other two and half weeks to get the car repair. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because, I should had a visit to get the appraisal then take it againg to get the actual repair. Most of the time they was waiting for parts and my insurance to approve the supplement. I know this because is a tesla and I can see when they were working on it. Other than that they are great. Also according to their bussines card they have free rentals so I missed on that."
