"My vehicle was stolen a few months ago, the insurance adjuster provided me with a list of shops, I chose this one. There were a list of things that needed to be repaired/replaced.The vehicle was in the shop approximately 3 weeks. Francisco called me Thursday March 23rd advising me the vehicle was ready I advised I can pick up tomorrow (March 24, Friday) we both agreed anytime after 4pm, however, schedules change. I ended up showing up at 9am, he stated I would have to come back at 4:30. If the vehicle was ready a day before I don’t understand why it matters what time I go pick up the next day, he didn’t have another customer there so not sure what the big deal was. I returned the same day at 3:30, Francisco was in my car windows were down and he was placing the floor mats back in place. Apparently, they had just gotten the car detailed, Francisco asked me to leave the windows down for at least 2 hours. The seats were so wet it stained our jeans. Overall, why would you call me a day prior stating the vehicle is ready when in reality it’s not and he was never clear they still had to detail it. As soon as we left, the airbag light turned on as seen in the pictures below. The steering wheel was not put on correctly. & whichever technician or office worker was working on my vehicle left trash in the middle compartment. No one should be eating a snack or meal in anyones vehicle. Oh, & I left with an empty tank not knowing if I would be able to make it home. Francisco stated he would put gas but that went out the door, I drove off going straight to a gas station. So now I’m stuck with the vehicle until Monday, I took the car back Monday morning and advised Francisco of the airbag light being on, trash, & other compartments that were not put on correctly. Today is Tuesday March 28th I just picked up the vehicle again. Hoping another lights doesn’t turn on. Overall, the shop did fix everything that was needed just sharing my experience. Please check your vehicle all around before driving off. Patty, the receptionist is very friendly."
