"Showed up at my appointment time but was told it would be an hour before they could start work on my vehicle. When they were done, they did not let me know. They just let me sit and wait an extra hour for no reason until I finally walked up and asked. Guy at the desk kept leaving his post to go to the garage to openly mock and make fun of his coworker who was having a medical emergency. Horrible service, extremely unprofessional."
"Go here if you have a Tesla! My Tesla had a flat! Most places don't fix it the same day because they don't understand EVs and Tesla tires are special and expensive they need 1-3 days order and/or delivery. I called the Fernando the manager picked up the phone confirmed the tire, pulled it ahead for me before I arrived. They had a long line, but Deserie multitasked 3 different customers and me getting all are needs met with, professionalism and a positive attitude! Great experience!"
