"Disappointing Experience - Money-Hungry Management I recently signed up for RockBox excited to kickstart my fitness journey. However, my experience has taken a disappointing turn, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts with the community. Initially, my work schedule unexpectedly became incredibly hectic during the first month of my membership. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I broke my hand, rendering me unable to attend the gym. I promptly informed the gym staff about my circumstances, hoping for understanding and a reasonable solution. To my dismay, despite clear communication about my situation, the gym continued to charge my account, accumulating over $400 in fees over the past few months with attending ONE CLASS. This lack of empathy and willingness to accommodate genuine hardships is disheartening, especially considering my longstanding ties to the Franklin, Tennessee community as a local business owner. As a native to Franklin, I value businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and community well-being. Sadly, this gym's management appears to prioritize profits over customer understanding. I attended only one class to date, yet the financial burden imposed on me has been overwhelming. My advice to fellow locals seeking a gym: steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other options in Franklin that value their customers and understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. This gym's money-hungry approach has left a bitter taste, and I strongly recommend exploring alternatives for your fitness needs. In conclusion, my experience with this gym has been far from positive, and I hope others can learn from my unfortunate situation. "Rock Box Franklin is a GREAT place to get in shape - physically and mentally! You get a good workout in, and punching those bags everyday is so satisfying! The folks that run this place have created a wonderful community that you have to experience. Come give it a try! You'll work hard but it will be worth it!"

"Going to Rockbox is the best part of my day! It’s a great workout that combines boxing and weights. Every workout is different, so you never get bored. The music is fantastic and gets you hyped and the trainers are energetic, encouraging, and help you get better. I’ve done many different gyms and this one is by far my favorite. Not only is it a great workout, the community is amazing. Every one is so nice!"
