This school is a community, a family, and the mat becomes the great equalizer, especially for the kids. "Harvest is truly a one stop shop for all things health and wellness. My daughter and I have been with Harvest over 4 years and we absolutely love it! The classes are phenomenal, my daughter has learned so much and gained confidence, independence, strength and leadership working with Mr Martin and Ms Melissa. I’m completely hooked on AIM/Kickboxing which is ever changing and always challenging. I’ve never stuck with any “gym” or “class” as long as I’ve stuck with Harvest. It’s an incredible community of amazing people all cheering each other on. Amber Joy’s yoga classes make me actually enjoy Yoga, she is great at workshopping poses for every level, and truly relaxing the mind, body and soul while increasing strength, flexibility and mindfulness. I’ve gained strength, coordination, and confidence in all the adult classes and now am enjoying Adult Han Mu Do and working right along side my daughter. I also highly recommend Justin as a personal trainer - he is truly invested in your success, and very knowledgeable about working through injuries and other personalized needs. I cannot recommend the Harvest Concept enough!"
