"It's a very cool concept, but fell short overall. There were some coaching changes and lots of miscommunication from the beginning. It was supposed to be different due to the team (in person) atmosphere, but many times players didn't show up, and/or played virtually instead. The "seasons" began to run together too (taking up most Saturday afternoons throughout the year), and overall it was fairly disorganized. Perhaps it was growing pains due to being new, and just getting off the ground. In the end though, this was a lot of money, a lot of time, and ultimately a lot of frustration due to poor communication. There are other virtual e-sport opportunities that are much less expensive, that foster a more positive atmosphere, promoting teamwork, collaboration, leadership skills etc."
