"If you ever need a cat groomer i highly recommend Paula at Paws and Effect! My cat was very finicky on who he lets groom him and Paula was amazing with him!! He did so good with her!! All the staff is friendly and they really take care of your pet!! A+ place!!"

"My third visit to Paws and Effect was a disaster. I was in a hurry when I picked my dog up . After I got home, I realized how bad of a cut she was given. Her ears were uneven . She began almost immediately dragging and licking her behind. If her glands were expressed , something went wrong and she was uncomfortable. She began having gland odor the next day. Her ears were not plucked nor cleaned. I honestly don’t think she was bathed. Her nails were done, but her feet were tender and she didn’t want us to touch them. I sent photos in an email to the owner and did not receive any response. I sent a second e-mail and still no response. Bad business practice to not own a mistake. An apology goes a long way…."
