"They tried to blindside me with outrageous fees (over 3x my normal rate and I've been with the better part of a decade). I emailed them multiple times and didn't even receive a response until almost a year later when they started calling me asking for payment. We finally agreed on a lesser amount, but I received another invoice for the original amount. Then received another call asking for twice as much as the agreed amount from the previous call. The level [or rather, the lack] of professionalism and communication is appalling. I caution everyone to steer clear of this business that makes it quite obvious they don't care about their clients."
