"If I could give zero stars I would! This has got to be the absolute worst company ever! My previous job closed last August 2023, my last day was July 2023 and we are ALL getting the run around! Some of us have been told we don’t have any money in the account, some of us have been told we’re waiting on termination distribution forms, which have already been filled out! I called on Friday to get a status update and am still waiting for a return call. Not to mention when you do call your hold times are HOURS long! Looks like my next complaint will be to the BBB."

In addition, I got a retirement statement listing a Company I have NEVER WORKED for! Stating what my contributions will be. I haven't contributed to this account in years. Just shows me the incompetence involved. SCARY! I will be filing a report."

"The company I previously worked for uses this company to handle our retirement accounts. I left the position and have been attempting to roll the funds out of the account and into another. Majority of customer service representatives have been rude as well as extremely unhelpful. Everything that needs to be done or additional information is “handled by another department”, which is their favorite phrase. It has taken me over two weeks to have a form emailed to me and they do not follow up on anything. I was told a couple of times that I would get a phone call or that something would happen and it never did. I always had to call to push along the process and waste time sitting on hold with them."
