"We love Dr. Drennan and the staff (and so do our pets - 3 rescue cats Loki, Lola, and KitKat and a pug Buddy)! They are attentive, helpful, responsive, flexible, caring and are genuine. We never have a hard time making convenient appointments and can even be seen quickly if an urgent concern comes up. Going to the vet can be anxious for the pets too but the entire staff is patient focussed and does their best to make sure a good experience for all. Appointments are timely, thorough and not rushed. We have recommended to many others. We are grateful and blessed! Thank you!"

"I was referred to this vet by someone who’s been a member for over 20 years. I was told that I had to make a deposit of $50 to make an appointment. Never was I told that it was a non refundable deposit. The receptionist set me an appointment for me to drop off my puppy. I’m guessing she’s new so she wasn’t aware puppies couldn’t be dropped off. She called back letting me know that they aren’t able to do drop offs for puppies. I completely understood and we hung up the phone. The next day I called asking for my deposit back because it was never mentioned when we spoke the day before. She insisted on scheduling me another appointment for a later date after I had already asked for my deposit back but keep in mind she still never once told me it was non refundable. I called back the next day trying to cancel the appointment and get my deposit back because I found a family for the puppy and they were going to take care of all of the medical stuff for the puppy and I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my deposit back. I’m just here to say that $50 is not chump change and it should be said before scheduling someone an appointment making them aware that it is non refundable. They all were nice and respectful people though. It just kind of pissed me off when I was told I couldn’t get my money back 4 days before the scheduled appointment without even being made aware of their policy."

"This place likes to take your $50 go here if you have lots of time to spend and lots of money to spend other than that they’re pretty good but it does smell funny up in there something more than wet dog idk. And since I couldn’t reschedule my appointment due to scheduling errors with my work I don’t have off days when they have days available so they would want me to make another $50 deposit they they would’ve just taken anyway because I work that day why would I reschedule? They couldn’t even answer a question if I was using an OK therapy of hygienic, soaps, and medicated shampoo for my dog just answer a simple question. What’s your opinion on these two products they couldn’t even give me an opinion. Just very disappointing I’m sure the doctors probably really good but I don’t have time or money to actually go see them even though I lost my $50 deposit and I’m right here in the parking lot. I can see why they have issues with their appointment peoples. The veterinarian must be struggling to have this policy in place cause it’s bad business. I was 17 min past. Yal waisted my time. And and there’s no paperwork or statement saying that rescheduled appointments would cost an extra $50. It was only for cancellations that I was made aware of and yet you continue to belittle me on Google maps interesting."

"This is a great place to house your pet. They truly care for your pet as their own. We received a call, while we were out of town, informing us of issues with our pet. They explaine the issue and got our permission to treat her. Thanks Drennan, for taking care of our Bella!"
