"would not recommend Balswicks to anyone looking for tires or service. I went there to get a quote for new tires and was treated very rudely by Ben, who works there. He made me feel stupid for asking questions and tried to pressure me into buying expensive tires that I didn’t need. He also gave me a very high price compared to other shops in the area. I felt like he was trying to rip me off and take advantage of me. I left without buying anything and went to another shop where I got a much better deal and service. Balswicks is a terrible place to go and I will never go back there again."

"We had an emergency issue with my car and Bart was the only place to take my car immediately to get it checked out. Everyone else was over a week out for an appt. Bart and his team were able to take in my car and fix everything for a fair price. They are all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this place for honest quality work!"

They we’re $140 when the Chevrolet dealership that uses synthetic was $85 for the same thing that provided the same services. Boycott balswicks. I feel robbed over the 2 decades I took my trucks there."

When I asked why the price had gone up, they gave me some vague excuse that didn't make any sense. Overall, I would not recommend this mechanic shop to anyone. They are not honest about their pricing and their inspections are not reliable. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else."
