"EPC & check engine lights were on leading me to believe something was wrong with sensors or throttle control. No luck getting thru to VW dealer service, so I dropped by Tumazi auto repair & owner Bob Tumazi was on it immediately. "Bob is a gem! I recently moved to Turlock and I needed help when my VW CC’s clockspring snapped. This was the second time. Since this issue was a recall on my car before, I went back to Tracy Volkswagen and asked them to replace it again since it is a VW warranty issue. The service manager at Tracy VW refused to honor the second repair on the clockspring issue and wanted me to pay full price. When I called Bob for help he referred me to VW Merced for this issue. It was such an awesome referral because VW Merced contacted VW and I still had 5 years left on my recall for the clockspring. It was fully covered! When that issue was taken care of, I needed my brakes replaced and I took my car to Bob. They did an awesome job and even found another issue that I wasn’t aware of.
