"Absolutely awful!! Due to emergency admittance via the ER and needing a procedure requiring anesthesia, they refuse to accept any out of state insurance purchase via the Marketplace/government insurance. At NO time did they explain this as their policy. Their staff did not w plain this prior to the procedure at all. Therefore upon receiving bills University Anesthesiologists also refuse to fill out the necessary form to get paid via our insurance company. Why? Because they do not agree upon the accepted price for services, instead they want the full charge instead of the universally agreed upon price. After nearly 2yrs of trying to work with this company they still refuse to fill out the necessary paperwork instead charging we the patient the full price. Absolutely awful company to deal with. They pass the buck around the office having you speak to different ladies until you get to Tiffany the collections gal who is terribly rude and unwilling to help. I highly recommend avoiding this company at ALL costs or it will cost you an arm and a leg!!"
