"Dr White and her staff are outstanding. I was working in Ventura and did not know anyone in the area when I broke a tooth. They were so accommodating to see me on an emergency basis. They gave me excellent referrals and I was able to get the tooth repaired the same day. I am grateful to Dr White, Jenifer and the rest of the staff. So accommodating for a stranger from out of town they made me feel like a regular."

"Dr. White is one of the most condescending individuals I have met. At my infants 9mo appointment he counseled me to cut back breastfeeding, because “boys like that too much” and it’s the reason my child is slim (it was a tongue and lip tie, that I had repeatedly asked about but was ignored/brushed off). Regarding vaccines, Dr White makes up his own schedule, never provided a copy in writing to me and was pushy. Warning, if you would rather follow the CA dept of public health infant vaccine schedule and not whatever schedule he was pushing (again, never was provided a written copy of the recommendes schedule from Dr. White). When asking questions on why his schedule differs from the CA recommended. He did not answer the question and actually left the room. Then spoke loudly to the nurse in the hall saying “give mom a few moments she needs to decide what vaccines to give baby.” The nurse was helpful and provided a vaccine fact sheet. But the Dr refused to actually counsel or address questions. This office came highly recommended as the “best” I was very disappointed."

"I felt talked down to and shamed by Dr. White. This is my first child, less than a week old, and the Dr. didn't even evaluate my son. Instead I was shamed for having my son circumsized "right away at the hospital". He told me I needed to wait and have him do the procedure. Was told that that was my first mistake. When we discussed feedings, I told him my son currently does not latch. I was making an appointment with a lactation consultant. I'm currently pumping and bottle feeding breastmilk after each try with breastfeeding. He proceeded to tell me I have ruined his feeding routine and to never give him a bottle again. I explained I was in a lot of pain and needed a break, and my son wasnt eating at all if I did not give him a bottle. He told me I need to let him go hungry, and that he would eventually be hungry enough to learn to latch properly. My child was born during the heat wave. We don't have a/c and we're living in a home that was 90+ degrees day in and day out. My son's temp was consistently 100+ degrees all day because it was so hot in our home. But I'm supposed to let a newborn bake in the heat and starve, no fluids? I'm sorry, but I will not let my child go hungry, or dehydrate because one doctor says I cannot give him a bottle. Went to a new pediatrician, and low and behold- she understood my situation and supported me, she looked at his ears, his eyes, listened to his heart, etc. Dr. White just looked at my son's circumcision and then said "see you in two weeks" and walked out the room."

"Had the worst experience with this Dr. He would only look at my Sons father and talk towards him and not give me eye contact. I asked for a referral for my son to see a allergist and he kept saying that he would treat him . My son suffered a lot from his allergies I finally demanded him to give us a referral and the allergist was applaud saying that he felt so bad for my son and the degree of his allergies with in a month he was doing so much better . It’s infuriating to know he could felt better and suffered a year like this . The front staff at the time were super unprofessional texting watching social media too. I don’t recommend this place at all he acts condescending and eludes he knows more than specialized Dr.s . He also said my son would be around five feet tall and he is five 8 and we never asked him to do a prediction of my sons height ."

"Dr. White is awesome!!! We have only been once but my son was totally comfortable and we didn't wait more then 10 min. And the staff was friendly as well!!"
