"I have Medical. They have had my chart for over a month before my visit. Expecting to get work done by pulling my teeth and preparing for upper dentures. Another month goes by and we’re to prepared to schedule and pull my teeth. Dentures were going to be ready there to fit my gums. Sitting in the chair, the dentist walks up and said they want 550 cash before pulling. No can do. No money. It’s Medical. They doubled it on the next sitting. Had to go again together and get up. Felt almost suicidal. My teeth are really bad and anticipating the visit Then gettinguu"

"Dr Hernandez was very patient this great job on my teeth explained everything to me and his assistant was great explained also that's what I love when someone explain the procedure and take time with me"

"I don't know about other places. But the western Dental I go to is for sure a 5 star. The only reason I submitted a 4 star , is because I was given another appointment for the following day. (To finish my intake process with x-rays and all.) *When... the lady that was doing the work on me had time to finish. * I've been billed for appointments i never made as well. Well. Actually. Billed my medical Since they think I wouldn't notice. But I would get random emails telling me I missed An appointment when I never had one"

"Went for a consultation for an emergency extraction. The "Dentist" didn't have the capability to prescribe any pain management. Made me an appointment for the extraction the next week (mind you I was in excruciating pain). Told me to take two days off work for the extraction. Went to my appointment and the Dentist refused to extract the tooth. Total waste of my time."

"Everyone was very kind from the front receptionist to the dental assistant and Dentist. My son and I had regular check ups on a Saturday. I think I prefer weekend appointments because during the week it can get pretty busy. I made our appointments online, I like that option. Definitely will be going back."
