"The wait time was ok, was only waiting for about 10 mins or less. Space is a bit small so it feels cramped but I love the nice homey feel to the place, feels really relaxing and everything like I felt at home and not at an therapist office. In all I really liked the place, Mr. White listened to my problems a lot and gave me advice on what to do to improve, only complaint is that maybe a bit more vibrant feeling like more decorations and a bigger workspace could improve the experience"

"STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!! They wrote a letter of excuse to my work that was "shady." When my work called to verify, they said I was never there AND said that the handwriting on the paper did not match anyone in that office!! The person who said that was HIS OWN signature!!! It caused me a ton of trouble at work to say the least. They almost fired me because of it!! How sad that this place was supposed to be a "safe place" when I needed it the most but they caused me more stress at a very difficult time. It is a wonder this place isn't closed down. AGAIN STAY AWAY!!!"

"This company made fraudulent claims under my insurance. Also told my insurance that I didn't remember coming to appointments. It's not right that people come to you for counseling and you fraud their insurance and use mental illness against that person to get away with fraud. Everyone knows that everything except essential companies were shut down for COVID 19 during the times that the claims were made from March 2020 to July 2020. This company was NOT and is still NOT essential. I'm not letting this stand. I won't stop until someone does something about this."
