"I am very disappointed that I am having to find another Veterinarian. I had to cancel an appointment, and I tried to call the clinic the day before the appointment, only to find out that they were not open so I had to call the morning of. Mind you I called three hours before the appointment. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. The issues is not the fee, but one they don't allow for you to leave a message and secondly am hard pressed to see anything that states there will be a cancellation fee if not done at a certain time as is with most clinics. Had this been something that was habitual I would understand but one time is unacceptable especially when you read the mission statement of the clinic, which speaks on the care and emotional needs of the feline. It is clearly not abut the feline but their pockets. Three hours notice allows enough time to schedule someone else in the slot IMO. Before coming there I was at another clinic that I liked but my feline was so stressed out with the dogs there I started coming to the Cat Clinic even though the prices were more than I was use to paying."

"I love that this clinic specializes in care for cats. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly, the wait is very minimal both in the waiting room and in the exam room, and the doctors do not rush. They answer your questions with patience and are quite experienced and knowledgeable. I’m very happy bringing my babies here."

"I went to Nashville Cat Clinic with my cat for the first time today. I don’t think I have ever felt more welcomed and at ease as I did here. Everyone from the front desk to the vet assistant to Dr. Boehman was absolutely amazing! My cat, Boo has terrible anxiety. They loved and cuddled on her (which I have never seen her do with anyone other than myself and my daughter) as if she were their own. Going to the vet can be incredibly expensive, I was very pleased with their reasonable prices. They are upfront with their prices and will patiently walk you through them. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. We have found a new vet home."

"Just took our kittens in for their first vet visit and had such a great experience. I love that it’s cats only clinic so there’s no loud dogs barking, etc. The front check in girls were super sweet. The vet tech was wonderful too and funny. The Veterinarian took her time us. We didn’t feel rushed or like they pressuring us to get anything they didn’t need. Highly recommend! :)"
