"I work in the industry so I get it. But when I get off of work I am an expecting customer. Period. I get that the last 10-15 minutes of any establishment is a high-stress period for workers. Everyone is ready to get off of work and I get that. I came to this location at 8:45pm. On Sundays they close at 9. So of course, to my surprise, there is someone sitting at the door and the doors are locked. The nice employee informed me that someone’s folks had died and someone had to leave so there was only 2 ppl there and they could not allow any one in. Of course, this is a very sensitive topic, and quite frankly it didn’t need to be discussed with the public. Perhaps there needs to be another emergency protocol in place bcuz “we are short staffed” without an official sign from corporate is unacceptable. At this point in time, I don’t have the luxury to drive to another location. So this is a complete inconvenience for me. And it would be a shame if that story was a lie to keep the doors locked to ensure the employees get out on time. If there are two ppl in a business, it can legally be ran. Would love to apply to help my community, but this incident makes that application very scary."

"Pharmacy is closed on the weekends so my prescription was only available to pick up that following Monday. I was already out of medicine by Sunday but I was like ok whatever I'll hold out for one more day. Noon of that Monday and my prescription had already been picked up? Turns out the staff mailed it instead on the FIRST DAY I COULD PICK IT UP. Apparently the norm at their Walgreens location but literally the other Walgreen on Nolensville PIke or any Walgreens I've been to in the past 5 or so years has never done that. If you've going to try to mail MEDICINE, at least call or ask for the consent of person who is needing that medicine. Thanks a lot."

"Deserves no stars! Went for wax products, soon as we found the correct aisle (we were the only shoppers on it) An alert was given for assistance to the same aisle. While waiting it register to check out the attendant proceeded as though we weren't there. Never returning"
