"My issue is primarily lack of professionalism. Repeated emails sent over a period of three and a half months were unanswered, after Ms. Gardner agreed to file a motion for me to dissolve a conservatorship which she herself had handled previously.. I finally left an urgent voicemail; still no response. This was a time sensitive matter; my ward had died and the court needed the motion. There was not even the courtesy of a reply/explanation.. We had previously had two get 2 lawyers so we could get my sons trust fund money moved into a new trust that would not effect his SSI payments when he turned 18.
