Our closing date was 7 weeks out from when we signed the initial agreement, the day before closing, after we reached out to confirm the time, we were advised that the process had been delayed due to the appraiser being late....now at what point did they realize he was late and underwriting, titling, and finance still needed to be approved....they certainly should have reached out to let us know PROACTIVELY and in advance. Sloppy work, once everything was done and having a realtor lean on them to get everything done expeditiously...we close and still haven't been paid....even though the lender has paid out because "we have to get the paperwork together on our side"... chile what? We've used other title companies amd easy breezy it has been. Nice staff but definitely not top notch service."
