"I do not understand why Ms Cole is never available when you have a question. Also, whomever her receptionist is is beyond rude and very judgemental. How can you take someones money and then keep passing them around because YOU DON'T KNOW! Very unprofessional and poor service from the receptionist, she needs to find something else if she's going to continuously catch an attitude because you asked a question in regards to your case."
