Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Hello. Today I visited this Bank of America branch and it was hands-down One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a bank. I live in Delray Beach Florida and in Nashville for my honeymoon. I came to this bank directly from the airport to deposit approximately $1300 cash into my personal checking account at the ATM outside. Unfortunately the ATM ended up eating around $1000 of my cash as well as my debit card. Now this is very inconvenient for me as I’m here on vacation and have plans/reservations that I will be needing that money for. I go inside to notify them and the first employee I spoke to at the counter was very nice. However, she did explain to me That I would not be getting my money or debit card back as they do not operate that machine. Of course, this is terrible news to me as I literally just touched down in Tennessee and now I don’t have any money. The employee then went and got whom I suppose was her higher up, a gentleman named Errol Mooney. Instead of offering any sort of assistance, or explaining to me how the process would work with getting my money back, Mr. Mooney completely brushed me off and was not empathetic at all with the situation. His explanation was “well, you could’ve used the ATM inside. “ which obviously does not help the situation I’m in. It was actually very insulting how little he cared. It didn’t seem as though he wanted to help me at all. He actually could not care less than showed zero empathy towards from the start . As a 15 year client of Bank of America with five different accounts, including two businesses, I found this absolutely absurd. He then proceeded to slam his office door in my face and accused me of “barging in” when I was just waiting outside his office to speak to him about the matter. When I attempted to get some helpful information from him was rude to me in front of the whole bank, which was full at the time and caused me to get angry back with him and make a big spectacle. This is 100% unacceptable. This man needs to be fired. He is the last person that should be the face of Bank of America. As soon as I get home, I will be canceling every single account I have with Bank of America and switching to Chase."

"Staff is wonderful! Movat and Kyle were super helpful and accommodating. Kyle helped me correct some forms to transfer treasuries into a brokerage account. I’m not sure it would have gotten the right place without him! Great parking at this location and it is a little busy so expect a wait. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because they do seem to have some cockroach’s, but they set out traps so they are working on it. Good experience and help!"

"I went to this location to open a bank account and I had a Great experience. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time, I just walked in. I waited in the line, which moved pretty quickly. The teller was very nice and helpful, and then immediately someone came to take me to an office and assist me. His name was John and he was Very positive, friendly, and helpful! He answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my decision to open an account at Bank of America. He was able to help me with everything I needed. I'm very happy with my experience there. I wanted to make sure to leave a review about my experience because there are so many negative reviews here and they concerned me before I went to the bank. But I'm so glad I went because I had a completely positive experience at this bank. I would recommend it for sure."

"Have been trying to call for weeks on end now and just got through. You must make an appointment for non teller service. But make sure you check with them (if you can get through on the phone) that they have someone that specializes in trusts. This would have been our 7th trip there to get this matter completed. Each time they come up with needing something worded a different way. Now the gentleman tells me "I don't know if we have anyone that can do this. I'll have an FSA call you tomorrow". All we are wanting to do is add me to my mom's checking account. Please save yourself some frustration and bank elsewhere. I left Bank of America many years ago but my elderly mom is afraid. And might I add...we have tried Donelson Location, Hermitage and Hendersonville locations and still do not have this matter resolved. Its like they do not have any qualified managers/bankers anymore."

"I’ve been a loyal customer of Bank of America since I was I was in my teens. Today, I decided to stop by the bank with my son on our way home. Since we were in this area, I stopped here and I want to say never again. No one greeted us. The line was literally out the door, and they had one teller open. The people seem annoyed that you are here. The teller rang a bell several times and barely received any help. I do not recommend this branch for any transactions. Never have I ever been so disgusted."
