"I must share regarding my AMAZING EXPERIENCES at USCCU! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be a unpopular trend in today's society. However, I am absolutely TINKLED PINK at the PHENOMENAL SERVICE that I receive from Branch Mgr, Patrick M and my FAVORITE SUPERSTAR TELLER, LeRon J!!! My visits, whether in the drive-thru or in inside the branch are always a joy! Patrick is always present and actively engaged with his employees and customers! He listens and seeks to help you in whatever capacity that he is able. That is very much appreciated! LeRon is consistently STELLAR in performance! He makes it a point to acknowledge his customers by name! He is very thoughtful, knowledgeable and proficient in his job and does so in the most expedient manner! He is one of the most genuinely courteous, friendly and professional tellers that I have seen in a while. "Currently in the process of leaving this bank immediately. They charged me 3 overdraft fees, when I not only had money in my savings, but for charges I didn’t even do. I was fine with the first overdraft because yes, that was a bill (even though there was plenty in my savings for it) I was ready to take that L and not say anything about the overdraft. But then the other TWO ! Absolutely not! They weren’t bills and I didn’t do the charges. This all happened two days before my direct deposit, so they got $70 from my paycheck. I have never left a bank as fast as I am about to. I came here looking for a better company and have been very disappointed so far."
