"My dog went in 2/5/24 for vaccinations. He arrived lethargic and they still administered them. As a vet tech myself I know one of the rules is to not give vaccines to a lethargic animal (I also am out of town and was not the one who took him but as certified vets and techs that is something you notice) I then called to speak to a doctor considering my dog passed away the very next morning and the receptionist told me they would get back to me. Almost a month later and I still have not heard anything from them. They do not care about their patients or their owners and that is evident. I will be posting about this on social media as I have a large following to warn people about this clinic. Do not take your pets here! I have called twice now to get some kind of answers or to speak to someone to ask why they administered vaccines still, ANYTHING and no one will call me back to speak to me. Find a different vet, this one does NOT care and it is very evident that they lack the education and empathy to run this establishment."

"The (office ladies, techs and doctors) are always very knowledgeable, spend time listening to why we are there without making us feel rushed and I never feel like I've been overcharged or charged for something I didn't ask for or want. I also love the resident cats! ❤️"

"Awful experience. Staff very unprofessional, yelling through the office to one another, over the guests and animals. Prioritization was not a key point in operation. Poorly coordinated, lacking communication and educational skills. Not informative what so ever or considerate of the already worrisome event. Caregiver and animal's needs were not the most important goal. Facility was dirty and atmosphere was dull. Not sure if the cleaning product they had was actually healthcode approved. My pup's whiskers were cut off and when inquiring about it the woman just ignored it and walked out of the room. Sprayed this awful powder stuff on her. Most likely to cover up how she now reeked of urine from them dragging her through it. They pulled my babygirl by her leash. Our visit was due to her leg having stability issues, so of course I assumed they would have kept that in mind while taking her to the back. Especially being as I carried her (50 lbs) into the hospital. Repeatedly had to explain to multiple staff members what our visit consisted of due to them not communicating with one another. The staff did not seem to respect one another, their customers or the animals. Definitely would not recommend if you love your k9 companion."

"The staff were so nice and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait but that was only because they were so busy at the time I was there. The office was clean and sanitary, and I felt confident putting the health of our puppy in their loving hands!"

"My Honey girl hadn’t been eating or drinking for going on 3 days and that worried me to no end. I brought her to Stateline Animal Clinic and Ms. Tanley, Ms. Kimberly, and Dr. Share were not only super sweet to my baby girl, they also set my mind at ease concerning what was going on. I cannot thank them enough for helping my baby girl and I highly recommend them!!!"
