"This firm is fantastic. I began working with Cody and Barb, as well as the rest of the team, back in summer 2019, because I was running around in circles with the insurance company that handled supplemental disability, as well as social security. I was also very ill at this time, and trying to deal with the endless series of roadblocks was excruciating and exhausting. Also, my creditors were knocking at my door because my income had been cut off because the paperwork i completed, as well as the forms my doctors worked on was not “complete enough.” When I asked what they were looking for, I was told, literally, “We can’t tell you, but if it’s ‘right,’ we’ll let you know.” I would like to state here that before I went out on disability, one of the licenses I held for my employment was for life, accident, and health insurance, and I was licensed to sell long term disability policies…. She kept me informed of the process, and 5 months later, I received my back benefits, and the local firm they referred me to for my SS was able get my back benefits at the same time The stress they took off of me was incredible, and their knowledge and professionalism have been ongoing, and I can’t thank the firm enough If you’re running into roadblocks, chances are you will not be able to personally negotiate with an insurance company. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner"
