"Wish I could leave a positive review, as I had always heard great things about Evolve products, however that hasn't been my experience. I purchased my Hadean Carbon through one of their distributors (The Electric Boarding Company). Got my board, charged it, and first ride almost wiped out when the board shut off at around 50% and wouldn't turn back on. After another full charge, checked the battery data and saw 7of12 cells were bad voltage. Tried reaching out to the distributor, who only refers me back to Evolve because they are the manufacturer and who the warranty is with, have sent multiple messages and tried calling many times over the 7 months, and have never got a response or someone on the phone. I honestly feel like I got scammed, over 2K for a board that I only got to ride for 4 miles before the battery gave out, and can't get any service to remedy."

My first board from Evolve, a GTR Carbon Street, took my riding experiences and enjoyment far beyond any of my previous boards (Boosted and Inboard M1 boards 2017 to 2018). Using the proceeds towards the purchase of my new Hadean Carbon Street board in 2022 was a no-brainer. Can you imagine owning a board that has more power than you need almost all the time? How about one that has more range than your feet can handle in a single ride? Riding the Hadean is more exhilarating fun than any words in a review could ever describe…"

"Must Visit! 10 Stars for Service and Stock This place and its staff are so friendly and they took great care of us. We were able to get our board serviced quickly by simply walking in. Apparently we just needed the right and new bushings because I’m a heavier rider. We did buy a helmet and pair of gloves and this really cool hat and hoodie were on sale at the time at 50% off so that was sweet. They also have free demos on their skateboards"

"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I have a Hadean board and unfortunately the battery went out on it. To make matters worse, by the time I called I was just over the 1-year warranty by a few months. They did not make any promises but they said they would try to work something out for me since the warranty had JUST expired. To my surprise, they were able to replace my battery COMPLETELY FREE....something that would normally cost $850. The fact that Evolve replaced my battery free of charge when they had no obligation to do so tells me what I need to know about this company. This level of customer service is why I have been a returning customer and why I will ALWAYS recommend Evolve to others. You simply cannot get this level of customer service with any other electric skateboard. I couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks for taking care of me Evolve! Much appreciated!"
