Banfield Pet Hospital

"Very disappointed. Banfield has taken care of multiple dogs and cats for us for many years. Our English bulldog was in for a check around a month ago. She became gravely ill. After all the years of seeing our animals, we couldn't believe Banfield would not work us in. We had an option of waiting for days or take her elsewhere. We went to Livewell. The vet at Livewell, Dr. Gibson was outstanding. Sadly we had to euthanize our dog. This entire process has caused us to rethink our use of Banfield. others may have different experiences, however we were left feeling: 1. No matter how long they have been seeing our pets or the circumstances, they made no effort to work her in. 2. It feels like they were more interested in volume, pets in and out the door, than taking care of our household as we are long standing customers. 3. We will never prescribe to one of their wellness plans again. Read the fine print. We are stuck paying for it for the next 10 months after our dog passed away. 4. We are not accusing anyone of anything, however we wonder if the volume based approach to pet care contributed to them missing some critical warning signs that ultimately lead to the heart breaking symptoms and death of our dog. For all our years at Banfield, this experience has been hear breaking. For our family going forward, we are going to seek care for our pets elsewhere."

"This is one of the newer locations that is a standalone that is not inside of the PetSmart itself it was much bigger it was clean the people were super friendly there is not enough words I can say about this place they took care of our dog I would definitely recommend sending your animal here for any pet needs even if you need them to do grooming on your pet they'll take care of that as well."

"Everyone went above and beyond, as soon as me and my baby(pet) entered Banfield she had a seizure right at the door, a code was called. The Dr, and nurses came out and was right on it. I greatly appreciate that team. Thanks Banfield"

"My two little Pappilions, Tai Lee and Tebow, and I are new to Tennessee from Colorado, where due to the elevation fleas are typically not a problem in Colorado as they are here in Tennessee and other places. My doggies got into some fleas here, and as it turned out, Tai Lee, my little 7.6 lb female was deathly allergic to fleas. I work nights hauling mail between Nashville and Memphis, and when I came home from work she had chewed a giant patch of fur off of her backside from itching and was badly bleeding. Undoubtedly, I went into complete panic. Banfield Pet Hospital was one block away from our apartment, and not knowing what I could do for her, I rushed her to Banfield the moment their doors opened. Lesley, the sweetest girl who met us at the front desk saw what had happened to Tai Tai but also, saw the fear and helpless look on my face and the tears in my eyes. Lesley didn't even ask questions, she immediately got Tai Tai a room where she was able to quickly see the Doctor. Without an appointment, I didn't know what would happen to my precious little baby doggie whom I've had for twelve beautiful years. Within an hour's time, the entire staff managed to calm me down, they all fell in love with my precious little Tai Tai (Ty Ty), treated her condition, taught me how to protect both my doggies and treated us all like family or neighbors. I love the Banfield team, they were my saving angels, and today both my doggies and I are doing great. We all owe a great deal of gratitude to our Banfield family for being more than just a pet hospital, they are expert professionals who not only love both pets and people but THANK GOD, they treat each individual case appropriately while serving this community with compassion and grace, literally as though they were treating their own pets, and also as passionately as though they were caring for personal family members!
