"I called to set up an appointment for my elderly mother due to a recommendation. We couldn’t get an appointment until October, which was fine. The young lady answering the phone asked for all her meds, and I advised I didn’t have them all with me at the moment. After a couple questions she stated that they like to know what they are looking prior to entering the room. I said ok, but if it’s not til October, we could get them well before that time. She stated if I didn’t want to give the meds, I check around elsewh for an appointment. I asked for office manager and was told they didn’t have one. She said they had HR. So I asked for them and asked for her name and she hung up on me! Called back and spoke to an equally rude young lady on the doctor line to get help and at that point, I got rude. So, never even been in the office and that’s a definite NO!!"

"My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pullias over 15 years. He is an adults doctor as well as a pediatrician. He takes excellent care of us. We have never had cause to complain. Instead, we have recommended him to others."

"Medical care at its very worse! Long waits, abdication of care, never answer their phones, staff forgets to call in prescriptions & worse of all in the habit of "blaming the patient" for their numerous shortcomings. Because I filed 2 complaints I was attacked & verbally abused over the phone by staff member Sharonda, & then discharged for being my own advocate & standing up for my patients rights! The lowest level of care, lack of ownership, incompetence, negative judgements, harassment, abuse, apathy & dismissal is what you can expect from Dr, Pullias & his staff at Tennessee Medicine & Pediatrics. Dr. Pullias is not a healer he is a prescriber at best who allows his staff to run amok.This is what I experienced first hand."
