"I ordered twice and, while the first order went smoothly, the 2nd went a bit differently. The shoes I receive were stained on the soles out of the box for some reason. I emailed customer service immediately with photos. It took more than a week to receive an answer, but once they replied, communication was faster afterwards. At first they didn't want to replace the shoes and offered a refund on the shipping and a credit to put towards my next purchase. They seemed to believe the stains were very faint due to my phone lightening the photos, so I boosted the contrast and sent them again, explaining that I really wanted a replacement as I liked the shoes a lot but the stains couldn't be washed. In the end, they made a mistake and refunded me on top of sending me a new pair so I can't say that I'm not happy with the outcome!"

"Like a lot of people who ordered the DUNE Jack-o'-lantern shoes, my order was delayed by almost two months, something beyond the companies control, as it was an issue getting the shoes from the manufacturer rather than an error or oversight at their warehouse. Initially, there was no word about the shoes being delayed until I reached out to customer service. There wasn't much they could do given the situation, but after speaking with a representative, I'm excited to be receiving the shoes I ordered, as well as a gifted pair from the company for my loyalty and patience. The person I spoke to was super friendly and informative, as well as sympathetic to the situation. I hope to purchase more shoes from this company in the future!"
