She is very patient with me last night because I had a lot of merchandise. She made sure I got the appropriate discount & received the correct amount of Kohl’s Cash reward.I forgot my Kohl’s credit card last night & instead of looking it up using my SSS#, she showed me how to pay via my Kohl’s app. She is the best! She also showed how much Kohl’s rewards I received for Nov & when I can redeem them. The store was clean and the dressing room was very organized (no unwanted clothes hanging on the return racks or rooms) despite the hectic Thanksgiving weekend. "Location is by a lot of other stores so it could be convenient. I came across an issue with a coupon that they didn't want to value but I insisted and the manager was able to help after all. Store is picked up. My Granddaughter tripped over a rack that they had oddly placed in the walk way but luckily she walked it off. They ended up leaving a sensor alarm that triggered the alarm on my way out."

"Love coming to this Kohl's store in the Chino Spectrum mall. They have such a great selection of clothing for both men and women. I have called up departments and spoken with their support numerous times to ask about products availability as well as holding items. Today I needed a winter jacket and they helped me find a really nice one, as well as one of those beanie caps. Very friendly support and a good selection of items."
