"Loved this bank until they locked my debit card and couldn't use it. Then they tell me they couldn't issue a new one. Couldn't pay my bills through the phone so I ended up with late fees. They strung me along telling me to come back. Come back tomorrow. I eventually just gave up. Now currently looking for a new bank."

"2 weeks ago on Monday I came in and made an appointment to see a mortgage lender at the halls branch for last Monday. I came in for my appointment and was told this branch didn't have one. THANKS. I only have Mondays off to take care of business, so this really sucks.So I came in today ( Monday ) to get copies of my 2 most recent statements and was charged $2 a piece. Thanks again.
