"Dr Richard Smith should never be on call. Called the on call doctor at 10:00 on a Saturday night with an urgent question, I was scared and instead of him helping me out he was rude and dismissive and made me feel bad for calling. he didn't even answer my question before hanging up angrily. now I'm crying because my baby is sick and crying because he was so unbelievably cold and rude. As a doctor I would hope that you would have a little more compassion for a new mom that's in out of her depth. Not all of us went to medical school and there was no need to be a jerk."
