"While I am not a dancer, my wife is and we were visiting LA from Pennsylvania and my wife was in search of a comfortable pair of dance shoes for an upcoming competition. I can tell you that I have never been to a store that did not hesitate to bring out no less than 25 pairs of shoes - it could have easily been 30 pairs. Frankly, I was shocked at how many different styles and manufacturers that they had. My wife had the very best customer service and after 90 minutes of trying on shoes - my Cinderella found her perfect fit. The store took note of her name, contact info and her of choice of shoe so that she can call in to order replacements in the future. If you need dance shoes - this is unquestionably THE place to go."

"I had a very good experience on the day I bought 2 pairs of tango shoes that day, the staff member including the owner, where very helpful and allowed me to try all the shoes I wanted. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit right when I tried them at home, and went back to exchange them. One of the pair of shoes was on clearance, but I told them I was willing to pay any difference so I can get 2 pairs that fit me. The owner approved the exchange. However, they didn't pay much attention to me since I was exchanging, I had to wait almost 1 hour until they finally call me to the cash register. Apparently their computer system didn't allow them to complete the transaction. I was very disappointed to be treated like that, since I spent about $450 for shoes. All I needed was to exchange the shoes. I don't think I will come back to buy shoes again."

"I had the best experience here! The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I haven't danced in YEARS, and have since developed some foot and leg problems. The staff helped me pick out tons of options that might suit my needs. I initially picked out 4 or 5 on my own, and the staff helped choose more options based on what styles a d colors I was gravitating towards and what seemed to be working best for me. I tried on maybe 15 pairs, and was able to walk around and try out some steps on their dance floor/practice area to test out what felt best in my joints and experience how each shoe moved differently. The wide selection of brands also gave me a great price range to work with. They really did all they could to help me find the right shoes for me personally. I was so impressed. I'll definitely be back here for my next pair!"
