"Wait time is never more than 10 mins once you're there. Nurses are wonderful, Dr. Whitaker spends time, listens to what our concerns are, and is great with our little one. I'd give him 5 stars, but the phone reception could use some assistance.... long wait times to get them to pick up. Worth it though!!"

"The best pediatrician we’ve ever had. The nurses are also amazing. They always call you immediately back. Dr Whitaker is thorough and puts your kid first. He doesn’t judge you or make you feel bad if you try an OTC treatment that’s not really helpful. He listens to you as a parent and listens to your child. He takes what you are saying into consideration and takes the time to really examine your child! I drive 30 minutes to downtown Nashville, even with a sick 2 yr old, because he is so great. I recommend him as a mom with two kids and as a pharmacist. A++++"
