"I have really liked Y-12 over the years. The people are great and I have rarely had a problem at Y-12. However, I am very unhappy with the new online bill pay system. There is no overview of your accounts and there is not as much information or customization available now. I have kept using it since the switch, to see how I would feel about it once I was familiar with it. Unfortunately, experience with it has only made me even more disappointed. I guess the system is here to stay, but I am now looking for an alternative credit union for my accounts. It is a shame as, in most other ways, I have been very pleased with Y12."
