"My boyfriend called Helen about a month ago to inquire about her services, and she made it seem like she handled that type of case, understood his situation, and would help. Since he is finally ready to hire a lawyer, he called her this past Monday and left a voicemail. He never received a call back so he called her office again on Wednesday. She answered and rudely told him that she doesn’t handle that type of case which is why she didn’t call him back. We were really confused because she told him that her office handled his type of situation when we called her last month.
