"People are nice. Rates are ok. Only time I needed to make a claim was when my car had to be towed to the dealership (never get a hyundai). My insurance went up $10/mo after that. App never works, so I have to call to pay my bill every month. I might shop around to see what rates I can get from other places. They were cheapest at first, but I've had no accidents... just one tow (hyundai engine recall) and my insurance went up..."

I called an 800 number I found on line and I was fortunate to connect with Susan In Mississippi!! She could not connect me with a Florida claims office so she input my Florida claim in Mississippi!! And we all know she certainly did not have too!! You are a life saver Susan!! Thank you for your service!!"
"This insurance agency continues to perform unauthorized withdrawals from my account every month after 3 years. I called and canceled 3 years ago, and again on 6 other occasions. Each time, I'm given a cancellation number but they still continue to take money for no service. Shelby County Farm Bureau has perform numerous unauthorized withdrawls totaling $280.00 dollars! Next steps is to file a dispute with my bank and inform my attorney."
