"I took my elderly, sound minded, mother to lawyer Bill to re-draft her will. Her existing will had been drafted when her husband and eldest son were living. Her will read that her eldest son was the executor. I was a minor at that time. I, at 53 years old, agreed to assist my mom with finding a lawyer to draft a new will. Lawyer Bill operated in a professional manner, had me wait outside of the room while he questioned my mom's true wishes and verify she was of sound mind to make her own decisions, RESPECT TO YOU MR. JONES FOR DOING THAT. Lawyer Bill made my mom feel very comfortable and we all set there for an hour just talking. My mom was so happy with the decision to go to lawyer Bill. Thank you sir! "The Jones Law Firm is an absolute joke! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! I was going through a non contested divorce and hired Bill Jones to write up the divorce papers and file them in court. I was told the court date would be 3 months from when they filed. After 3 months of no communication, no court date, and multiple phone calls/emails I finally got ahold of the paralegal. They WILL NOT reply to emails and rarely answer the phone. I was repeatedly told the court date was delayed but they didn't have a new date. It took SIX months to get another court date. When the court date came, I was told they didn't know if I was going to get a hearing or not and they would call at 9 a.m. the morning of to let me know if they had a hearing or not. Of course they didn't bother calling me that day. I was told yet again that the court date had changed but they didn't have a specific date. After several more phone calls I finally got the paralegal to give me a third court date. And again the date was delayed, or so they said. They also informed me that the parental paperwork had to be re-signed because it's only good for 6 months. I hired another attorney after getting the run around for NINE MONTHS from The Jones Law Firm. The new attorney immediately looked at the court system and informed me that the Jones Law Firm NEVER even filed the paperwork. The Jones Law Firm completely took advantage of me, took my money, and ran. They aren't even accredited with the BBB. The new attorney recommended that I contact a malpractice attorney and sue the Jones Law Firm. At this point my non-contested divorce has turned into a contested one and is costing me thousands of dollars with no end in sight. DO NOT USE THE JONES LAW FIRM!! They are unbelievably unprofessional, dishonest, and shouldn't be practicing law."
