"This was by far one of the most horrible experiences I ever had to go through. And this isn’t about the movers, because they were very nice and super quick with the move. This is about the customer service. So the day started off and the movers were scheduled to come between 9AM-10AM. That time rolls around and they haven’t shown up yet. I give them a little grace because I understand that there is traffic around that time. I call the company at 10:30 to ensure everything was okay and they are still coming. They then tell me, they had to complete a move that was suppose to happen the day before. This is the first red flag because the fact that you couldn’t communicate that with me that morning, is beyond me. So I say well what’s the ETA. She says they have been there for 3 hours now and should be wrapping up and headed my way. So I was thinking maybe they would be to me by like noon. So noon rolls around and still nothing. So, I call the company at 12:30PM and ask the same question. What’s the ETA, what’s going on, are they still coming. She tells me again, oh they will be done with this customer at 1PM, and will be at your home between 1:30PM-2PM. 2PM rolls around and still nothing. At this point I’m beyond frustrated because they are well over 4-5 hours late. I call the company at 2:30PM and she says they are finally done with the other customer and they are on their way. They finally get to my house at 3:30 and the movers were very nice and very fast during the move. The lack of communication that happened is what made me so frustrated. I’m a very understanding person and I understand that things come up and things happen but the fact that I was the person that had to reach out to get that information is not great for business. Then at the end of the move I talked to the owner of the company and this guy tries to gaslight me and say they had me down for the afternoon… No, they did not because I confirmed the time with them multiple times before the move even happened. And I had to reach out to confirm it, they didn’t reach out to me. The customer service is not great at all…. Do better! If you could, I would use a different company. Again, the movers were great when they finally showed up. Solely about the customer service experience."

"They underestimated & underbid our move for time, staff, $$$ -- damaged many expensive items, took longer than planned, and we spent more than we would have going with another major moving company. Didn't seem very experienced or professional. The lead fellow did his best, I believe, but he was disadvantaged by his own company and helpers. See attached picture of how some things were left in the garage of our new house into which they moved us. Just thrown in and piled up."
