"My Husband started working for Falcon right out of school doing OTR, DEDICATED AND COMMODITIES and immediately he was met with inconsistencies in his runs and pay. Payroll shorts you on your pay consistently so I would suggest paying attention to EVERY pay stub. GM has mandatory shutdown periods which last for 2 or 3 weeks with NO PAY! The equipment is terrible. In the course of a two week period he broke down over a dozen times and was put in at least 12 different trucks that he also had to spend our money cleaning out because they were filthy and filled with garbage and bottles of urine. Not to mention all of the replacement trucks he was placed in broke down and because of that his loads would get relayed and he wouldn't get paid for them. Management constantly asked him to “hang in there” and assured him that they would compensate him with breakdown pay and of course they never paid him for any of these break downs. They promise anniversary pay after your first year but when he reached his anniversary date he was told that they don't offer it even though it's listed on the website. My sister passed away back in July and he asked if he had any type of bereavement time or pay and he was informed that the drivers aren't given this benefit, only dispatch so when he took off for the funeral he was bombarded with calls wanting to know when he would be available to work. We were greaving a family member and he was only out for a couple of days. He's had expensive equipment (that we paid for) stolen from the truck by other drivers from the Falcon yard on several occasions... Even his food because they refuse to provide cameras for the shop and yard in Nashville TN. After 15 months of dealing with this he finally decided he needed to leave because things were getting worse instead of better. Management stopped answering his calls and emails and he was just disgusted by the entire situation."

"no one answers the phone and they dont return calls. they also claim to pay your monthly school payments and they will for a few months and then they will stop. you have to watch them. if your injured on the job through no fault of your own they will not pay your monthly school loan payment and wont return calls. i would recommend you run away. it shouldnt be called falcon. it should be called jake the snake. i havent met one person that liked them. their trucks are garbage and you wont make any money because the truck will break down every other week."
