"This company stole my package: 1LSCYJR000MVEC5, and when I complained, I got a generic message like everyone else. I despise the fact that this company is still in business with such bad reviews. That dress from fashion nova, never got to my hands. They took a picture, and then took the item, I guess to resale. I saw on social media, how employees were taking the packages and reselling them. I will probably send a complaint to the trade commission and bbb, because I'm still piping hot mad, I neve got my package for New years event, I planned to go to. I didn't have anything to wear so I ended up not going, wasting 50 tickets and an experience."

"This company is a joke!! How they are still open is beyond me! They pay absolutely NO attention to shipping instructions. I have packages delivered to my work and I add instructions to NOT leave outside and to only deliver to the receptionist but it never fails that they don’t do their job! They are aware the delivery location is a business but this time the idiots delivered on a Saturday and left my package outside! I tried many many times to contact them to pick it up but when you call customer service, it automatically disconnects the call or gives a busy signal. My package was stolen because of their stupidity! I contacted the seller and they were nice enough to give my money back but that’s not even the point. This is probably the 4th or 5th time they’ve left packages outside the business despite me adding special instructions not to! I’ve emailed and the only response I received was that they would let the driver know that I was dissatisfied. This company deserves 0 stars!!"

"This company is a JOKE. I have no idea how they’re still in business. Never get my packages from them. They say it’s delivered and it shows someone signed my name. Nobody was home!!!! Also, I’ve personally seen them just throw packages from their car onto my neighbor’s driveway. Like what?! Get out and set it on their doorstep. Do better Lasership or companies are going to stop using you. I already know if at least two who are trying to get away from them because of customer complaints."

"Would also give 0 stars if I could. I ordered from Hot Topic not knowing they now use this service. Said my order was delivered Sunday 9-17 at like 5pm. I received nothing. I tried to use the website and put in my tracking number and it showed delivered. The “person”on the other end of the chat didn’t understand anything I was telling them. So I call their FULLY automated “customer service” line and was absolutely no help. This is such an issue it’s literally an extension on their phone. Even if you press the number it tells you for your issue, you’re met with yet another automated message telling you to just contact the seller. Don’t even bother using them for your issue. Just call the seller. I call Hot Topic and they tell me it may still be on their truck but at the end of their shift they mark all packages as delivered to end their shift. Later on today I finally got a photo of where my order was left. Shocker! Not my house. The people at Hot Topic were so helpful though and there would’ve been no solution from this company without them. I’m now getting my order re-shipped and I specifically asked for this company not to be used. All in all this seems like a DoorDash type of “delivery” service. Your package is in a personal vehicle with someone who probably isn’t trained on routes or basic delivery services. I understand GPS has its problems but this is SUCH an issue and continues to happen. Absolutely beware of this company"

"I recently received two orders that I did last week , from two separate companies and I had a real bad experience with the delivery methods and how the company drivers handle the delivery process and my packages Weare left In places that could got stolen and run over. One they left it about a foot from the curbside and the other one on one of our parking spots. When UPS , amazon and FedEx thay usely leave it on the porch or somewhere safe and closest to the door."
