"The work order was misleading to the crew, I had alot more stuff, but the guys decided to take on the challenge. They worked so hard we got eveything in the entire house moved in one day, I could tell they were as exhausted as I was, but they hung in there. They didn't abandon me an I appreciate them so very much. Thanks Nathan and Max !!!!!"
"We were very happy with the service provided by Two Men and a Truck. Both men were polite, efficient and helpful. They took great care with our belongings and were quick to wrap, load and deliver our items. I would definitely use them again."
"Had a really bad experience many years back with this company. Decided to give them another chance and they were excellent. Forrest and Dustin were on time, extra careful with the furniture, and communicated well. I received a call once the first leg was complete to see how it went. Very professional company and highly recommend them."
"Jack, Adam and Joseph were the best when it came time to move my belongings. It's not east moving from a 3rd floor apartment but these gentlemen did it with ease, and professionalism! I would definitely recommend two men and a truck, and I would definitely use them again!!"
"This was the worst moving experience of my life. I only asked for my furniture to be moved from a home to a storage unit 1 mile away. They didnt wrap my chairs, stacked them on top of each other scratching them, threw lamps in without boxing them or even taking off the shades. Then despite my specific instructions on packing and caring for a very expensive piece of artwork, it was wrapped in a moving blanket, half covered, blanket not secured around it and shoved against the front door of the unit so when the door opened it scraped across the back. I sent pictures of their work, the damage to their QA team and no one responded for nearly 2 weeks. Since I made the complaint, I did hear back from the QA rep David Henderson. He was extremely confrontational and rude from the start. I moved out of state which is why I wanted to deal with this right away. I did take pictures of the way they stacked my furniture etc which was all I could do since no one would call me back. When speaking with David, he seemed to blame me for them not having the proper packing materials. When I was given the quote I specifically outlined every item to be moved and which ones needed extra attention. The rep described the boxes they use for lamps etc and I described a large painting that was extremely valuable that needed to be protected. I’m not sure why they wouldnt automatically wrap furniture so it didnt scratch or tear. Not sure why I would be expected to know what kind of packing you would use to protect a painting or a lamp. I just assumed that the professionals would be mindful of the items I specified and wrap/box them accordingly. If I was a mover and moving items and felt I could be damaging them, I would think I’d reach out to get the appropriate materials, whether they were specifically ordered or not. I never told Josiah that I was opposed to paying for packing materials. I just wanted my things safely moved. David proceeded to again blame me that I didnt’ request types of boxes then told me that it had been two weeks so “chain of custody” was broken and the fact that I went into the unit to check on my things meant that I could have moved and damaged things myself?! I told him I took pics on that day before moving anything. I sent these to him and Josiah and heard NOTHING back. Then he rudely told me “I’m just gonna go ahead and deny your claim”, without ever asking me to fill out a form, provide pics or explain the damage. Then when I expressed my obvious surprise and dissatisfaction with this decision, he called ME “unprofessional” and hung up on me. Completely unacceptable. I do hope that this doesn’t happen regularly with this location as I have hundreds if not thousands of dollars in damage from this move and no one has even lifted a finger to make it right. I appreciate your time and effort in resolving this."
