"11 am appointment arrived at 8:30. Given door at 11am. Started loading at 15:30. Finished loading 16:00. Came back to have load reworked(overweight). Finally done at 18:30. Lord help this place and it's employees."

"I’d give negative stars if I could. I arrived an hour early for my appointment and was given a door. 6 hours in (finally was able to get in touch with someone) was told my load hadn’t even been picked yet and “it’s gonna be a while”. 10 hours later and they finally start loading me. I sat there all night and all the next morning. If you get this place to load out of and you have a choice, tell them not just no but H E Double Hockey Sticks NO!!!"

"Horrible place I will never go back. Had 2pm appointment. Backed in at 1:30pm. Took till 10 pm to load 10 pallets. Didn't even Start pulling the order till after my appointment. Didn't load drivers by appointment but instead loaded by who you were. Poor management and rude people. Mccormick and Ryder are both to big to allow this kind of behavior from their employees."

"Picking up a load 1/18/21. Wasn’t that bad. Loaded in 2 hours. Have a staging area incase you arrived early."

"If live unload, you can go in early day of appointment. You'll get door assignment but may sit awhile. Some drop and hook if you're lucky. Electric gate in/out. Stop press button either direction. Checkin is just to the left of entrance gate.. drive in and fine a spot against the right and then walk BOLs in. Slide tandems. Don't . Do like a lot of drivers do.. block entrance by trying to park in the 1st several spots because of laziness.. park down several trailers."
