"Appointment was for 1pm and it's currently 430pm . Try to avoid like the plague. Definitely not worth it. Now are they lazy? Maybe. It seems like they just load you when a new shift comes in. And why isn't there a number to call someone? My advice to any other drivers; once you check in ask for the office number to check up on the load. This is ridiculous."
"7pm appt and it is now 9 PM and havent even started loading yet. Would give a zero but 1 is the lowest we can go. Will not come here again"
"If I could give it 0 stars, I would. What's the point of having appointment times if they just load you whenever they feel like it? Showed up at 2:30pm for a 3pm appointment. It is now 3:20am, and I'm still waiting for them to finish loading me. Won't be back here again."
